In my head, I imagine a middle aged man huddled in a corner of a dark basement, while the sounds of frantic footfalls echo above him. On the basement door is a bloody hand print.
"Your dad would be perfect," I say to fellow Solvo Media owner Adam.
"Cado" is a story of a man trapped in his own basement, while a zombie, trapped in his house, rampages upstairs. He can't get out the bulk-head, since something might be lurking out there for all he knows, and he can't go upstairs because, well, he'd prefer not to get eaten. Originally written by Jamie Sullivan, "Cado" is the first installment of a new breed of film, from a new breed of film studio.
ProjectZ will deliver professional quality short films over the internet free of charge to end users, and document a ficticious zombie uprising. The stories will be personal, touching, and often terrifying. Common people dealing with a most uncommon situation. Add one cup human condition, two parts blood.
As the director of the first the film, and co-owner of Solvo Media, I figure it's probably best to write down my thoughts, so everyone can understand where it is I'm coming from, or to get some special insights into the developments here at Solvo Media and with ProjectZ.
There's a lot of work to do, so I guess I'll go get on that.
